Lil's Lad, a Grade 2 winner, has been moved from Xanthus Farm in Pennsylvania to Texas and will stand the 2007 breeding season at Key Ranch. His stud fee has been set at $2,000. . . . David Longinotti has been named assistant general manager/racing for Oaklawn Park. A former member of racetrack management teams in Oklahoma and Ohio, he most recently served as a senior account executive with an Arkansas communications firm that represents Oaklawn. . . . Gallagher's steakhouse in New York City will be the site of "Canvas of Stars," an unveiling of renowned racing artist Peb's work, on Nov. 13, from 6 to 9 p.m. Proceeds from tickets - $125 in advance, $150 at the door, and available at 212-956-4328 - will benefit the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation and the Amateur Riders Club of America.
