Suffolk Downs canceled its Monday card after the second race because of unsafe track conditions. . . . AmericaTab, a partnership of three online wagering sites, had betting handle of $3.3 million in November 2001, three times its handle in November of last year, the company said. The sites have also more than doubled subscribers over the past year, from 6,000 in November 2000 to 13,000 in November 2001. . . . Hamid Benzerrouk, a French citizen, has won the Godolphin Seven Stars contest and its $150,000 first prize with a points total of 599, 26 points ahead of the runner-up.
