Television Games Network, the interactive horse racing network known as TVG, has reached an agreement with Evangeline Downs for the exclusive television and online wagering rights for the track's Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse meets. Evangeline Downs is in the midst of a Thoroughbred race meet that will end Sept. 4. . . . A hearing to appeal the disqualification of Brass Hat from the $6 million Dubai World Cup has been scheduled for June 26, according to William Johnson, the attorney for Brass Hat's trainer, Buff Bradley, and owner, Fred Bradley. Brass Hat was disqualified following a postrace positive for a corticosteroid, but Buff Bradley has argued that he administered the medication outside of a cutoff period recommended in a document distributed by World Cup representatives.
