Stock in Youbet.com dropped 19 cents on Tuesday, or 14 percent, and closed at $1.17. Youbet's stock jumped 80 percent on Monday to $1.36 after the company announced an agreement with Television Games Network that will allow Youbet to accept wagers on many premier racetracks as well as the Triple Crown and Breeders' Cup races. . . . The last hour of NBC's 90-minute broadcast of the Preakness Stakes on Saturday received a final Neilsen rating of 6.4, a 56 percent increase over the rating for the last hour of last year's broadcast on ABC. With each final rating point representing 1.02 million viewers, the rating was the highest for a Preakness segment since 1992. Final ratings for the entire 90-minute broadcast will be released on Thursday. . . . A $10,000 donation in Preakness wagers by the National Thoroughbred Racing Association to a children's charity in New Mexico, bolstered by a $5,000 donation by Don Imus, a New York-based sports radio host, turned into a total of $23,816. One of the bets was $5,000 to win on Point Given.
