Email

Grade 1 winner E Z’s Gentleman will enter stud this year at Swifty Farms in Seymour, Ind.

John O’Meara’s Milestone Farm bought the 7-year-old Yankee Gentleman horse for $37,000 at the Keeneland January sale and will stand him at Swifty alongside Mancini, a Mr. Prospector half-brother to Unbridled’s Song that O’Meara also owns.

E Z’s Gentleman will stand for $2,500 stands and nurses or $1,000 paid in advance with a free return if no live foal results. Mancini will stand for $2,000 stands and nurses or $1,000 paid in advance with a free return if no live foal results. Breeders sending mares to both stallions also can receive additional fee discounts.

E Z’s Gentleman won the 20120 Triple Bend Handicap and placed in four other graded stakes, most notably finishing third in the Grade 1 Bing Crosby and Ancient Title Stakes in 2012.

He is out of the stakes-winning Distinctive Pro mare Tensie’s Pro.
