DRF.com services update - October 6

As of Friday evening our T1 lines are back in service and things are steadily returning to normal.

Pdf and Formulator PPs

Formulator past performances are now available for most tracks for October 7 and October 8 race dates. Pdf format past performances are also available. Selections and A Closer Look features for major tracks are also again being posted to the members area.

Entries and Results

We have recently implemented a temporary procedure to post entries and results information to DRF.com. Some of this information has been incomplete recently but should return to normal in the coming days. When we have restored our automated processing, all entries information should again be available two days prior to race day and include morning lines.

We are currently working on getting results and charts back to their previous delivery time of 20-30 minutes after a race being made official.

Watch notifications

Most users have likely begun to receive some Watch notifications recently. Please note though that this service is entirely dependent on our ability to deliver complete entry and result data to the Web servers on a consistent basis. Until we are able to restore automated delivery of entry and result data to DRF.com, users should be aware that DRF's Carryover Watch, Horse Watch, Trainer Watch and Race Watch services will not generate and distribute notifications, either via email or posting to the member home pages, on a consistent basis.

BayMeadows.com temporary Web site

A temporary Web site for race track went online last week. The track's complete Web site will be out of service until DRF's T1 lines have been restored.

Thoro-Graph products available online

Thoro-Graph users can go to the temporary Web site to download their products until DRF's T1 lines have been restored and the complete Thoro-Graph Web site is again available.

We will continue to keep site users informed of the situation as new information becomes available. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these extraordinary times.
