Once again the results of Del Mar's P6 confirm that it is generally a waste of time and money to chase the P6 carryover and when you think about it, it makes perfect sense....the reason a large carryover exists in the first place is because there has been at least one and in some cases two or more days of relatively unformful racing...then after a short break, everyone returns to the track, form resettles and all of a sudden you see a series of six races where the favorites run like little trained pigs and before you know it, the P6 is hit by half the people at the track.
