No one had hit the pick six on Friday, so there was a carryover of $73,502 in the general pool, and another $15,750 in the single-ticket jackpot pool, entering Saturday's card. A robust $333,324 in fresh money was wagered on Saturday. Those with 5 of 6 on Saturday received $152.20. Del Mar announced prior to the meet that there would be a mandatory payout in the pick six on Aug. 19, the day of the Pacific Classic, the meet's richest race.
