After racing in fifth and sixth through contested fractions of 27 3/5, 56 3/5 and 1:25, Justasiam As used a 29 1/5 final quarter to get up and win by a length and a half for trainer Anette Lorentzon and owner-breeder ACL Stuteri AB. A daughter of Lionhunter, Justasiam As won for fourth time in nine outings and has now earned $94,630. She paid $16.40 to win. The finals started with two upsets as Naked On A Hill (by Nob Hill High and bred by owner Dennis Shaner) took the 2-year-old filly pace for Jeff Nisonger and Mark Winters at 11-1 and then 22-1 shot Be Not Beastly (by What The Hill and bred by owner Michael Soehnlen) rallied out of the three-hole to take the rookie colt and gelding trot in 1:57 1/5 for Chris Lems and Scott Cox.
