Danzip tests unbeaten record

Danzip will get his first chance to race against Colorado-breds on Saturday, when he attempts to remain unbeaten in four starts in the $30,000 Aspen at Arapahoe. The chief threats to his record are Singin Vicar, the defending champ in the six-furlong race for 3-year-olds and up, and Concordes Saint, who had a productive winter at Sunland.

Danzip defeated open company in his last start, when he won the $30,000 Inaugural at Arapahoe.

The card also features the $12,000 Colorado Breeders Stallion Stakes led by stakes winner Vanasee.
