* An article about Saratoga in Monday's and Tuesday's editions misstated the identity of the horse who broke in a tangle in Saturday's opening race and led to a refund of wagers after the horse was declared a nonstarter. The nonstarter was Tennessee Burbin, not Congress Park.

* A caption with a picture of a workout involving Empire Maker at Saratoga on Saturday that appeared in Monday's and Tuesday's editions misidentified the working horse and rider. The horse and rider were Special Rate and Jerry Bailey, not Empire Maker and Aaron Gryder. Empire Maker was trailing Special Rate at the time the picture was taken.
