LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The pick six and super high five both proved solvable on the first day of racing at Churchill Downs after the Kentucky Derby.

Ten winning tickets, each worth a healthy $147,507 on a $2 bet, were sold Thursday at Churchill Downs on the pick six, which started the day with a carryover of just more than $500,000 before another $1.6 million was bet into the pool. Five of six winners returned $643.20.

In the 10th and last race, a victory by Campton ($18.60) kicked off a super high five worth $21,089.90 for each winning $1 ticket. The super high five carryover into Thursday had been just over $220,000, after which another $590,757 was wagered.

Neither the pick six nor super high five were hit Saturday on the Kentucky Derby card, leaving big carryovers.

The winning pick six numbers Thursday, which ran on races 5-10, were 7-2-11-3-4-12, with the respective winners going off at odds of 7-5, 5-1, 9-2, 6-5, 5-1, and 8-1.

The winning super high five numbers were 12-11-9-5-10. The winning odds in sequence for the last race, which had a field of 11, were 8-1, 7-2, 7-1, 17-1, and 13-1.
