The Canadian Horse Racing Hall of Fame will honor its 2007 inductees at the Mississauga Convention Centre near Woodbine on Thursday.

Woodbine analyst and television host Jim Bannon will be the master of ceremonies for the evening, which begins at 5:30 p.m. with a reception and silent auction followed by dinner and the awards presentations.

Former minor-league hockey goaltender and humorist Jim Ralph will be the guest speaker.

This year's voters on the Thoroughbred side elected Jammed Lovely, L'Enjoleur, Natalma, former jockey Chris Loseth, and breeders Russ and Lois Bennett. Canadian Champ gained entrance through the veterans committee.

The Standardbred inductees are Bettors Delight, Cathedra, and breeder Jack McNiven.
