BreezeFigs Quick-Pix, Saturday, September 30

. This report details which horses from what 2-year-old sales have won--at which tracks, which BreezeFigs Groups they came from, how many with longer-than-average stride lengths won, how many RNA or SCR horses won, from April through September 15th.

Another two dozen BreezeFigs-qualified 2-year-olds broke their maidens last week, including a complete sweep of the maiden races at Turfway and Belmont Park on separate days--and that doesn't include several stakes victories, including two exactas, and one by I'm a Numbers Guy, who we gave you as a maiden firster a few weeks back, and Reata's Rocket, who we liked last week.

Read that new study and get some real insight for Saturday's card which is loaded with juicy plays all over the country, including two below which take into consideration the stride length, RNA and SCR factors.

Belmont Park, , Maiden Special (N.Y. Bred), 7 Furlongs

The PP's for firster Gold and Blue Box don't show that he went through a sale--but he did, at OBSMAR, where he breezed twice. In his first breeze, he was a Group 4 (not great) going one furlong but had a stride length of 24.5 feet. A week later he breezed two furlongs and earned a Group 2 even Par BreezeFig of 62. This time he had a stride length of 25.5 feet. He went through the ring and was bought back (RNA) for 57K and at 6-to-1 looks like a good bet.

Turfway Park, , Maiden Special, 6 Furlongs

Scratched from the FTFFEB sale at Calder after breezing twice, Perfeck Connect is an improving horse. She was a Group 3 going one furlong then came back and breezed two furlongs on the Calder turf where she earned a two over Par Group 2 BreezeFig of 67 with a 23.9 foot stride length--still she was scratched before going through the ring. She returned at the EASMAY sale breezing two furlongs with a monster stride length of over 26 feet, earning a Group 1, seven over Par BreezeFig. At 9-to-2 in the morning line with a Turf-to-Poly angle, she should be looked at closely.
