BreezeFigs Quick-Pix for Saturday, March 1st by Bob Fierro and Jay Kilgore

So, we said if Wildcat Friendship, our Pick last week, "gets out and is not trapped inside," he could hammer.  He didn't quite get out and got trapped on the inside and got hammered.  However, there was a BreezeFigs winner on the same card at Fair Grounds who paid $19.60, so it wasn't a total loss.  During the week another eight BreezeFigs horses broke their maidens, all at different tracks - Aqueduct, Calder, Delta Downs, Golden Gate, Hawthorne, Gulfstream (a $275 BreezeFigs exacta), Oaklawn and Parx, so the pace has picked up as the weather has stabilized.  Of course, the coming weekend looks to be a horror show weather event in several places, including Southern California where the year’s first 2-year-old sale is on deck, BARMAR.  The breeze show was moved back a day to Thursday from Friday to take advantage of a short weather window, and that resulted in a dry track at Fairplex, so the BreezeFigs look good for this sale which should produce runners in about a month or so.  Meanwhile, today’s card is loaded with some interesting plays, including one at the same venue as last week’s Pick, see below. Good luck!
