which talks about stride lengths and RNAs. Here are two opportunities that are ripe:

Belmont Park, , Maiden Special, 5 1/2 Furlongs

First-time starter Belle Harbor looks like a homebred in the PP's, but she was RNA'd for 100k at the OBSMAR sale where she showed consistent form at both 1/8 and 1/4 miles, earning a six-over-Par BreezeFig in her 1/8 work and showing 24-foot stride in both. She might be worth a straight shot in this state-bred maiden, but she should be used in the gimmicks along with Simply Preferred, who came out of the same sale with a good fig and has since changed barns.

Hollywood Park, , Maiden Special, 6 Furlongs

Unquestionably the toughest race on the card--four of these colts come out of sales with very good BreezeFigs, three have started, two have shown promise, and there's a likely hot-play firster among them. The latter, Divide and Conquer, came out of OBSFEB where the BreezeFigs were quite high across the board, and he mertis gimmick consideration. Of the two that earned excellent figs at BARMAR, Roman Commander has shown flashes in his three chances and does show a huge stride length, and Agreed Affair--a fast horse--had excuses that did not allow him to show that speed in his first start. The likely favorite, Southern Man, ran very well against a monster first time out and he had an outstanding stride length at OBSMAR, which is likely to benefit him in this stretch out. He and Divide and Conquer are your "on top" plays and the other two definitely figure in.

Good luck!
