Two-year-old racing has already begun and we'll be including these horses in a brand new format with two major enhancements very soon--watch your e-mail and www.drf.com and this column for a major announcement! As for last Saturday, well we bombed out: Cat Man Morgan steadied at the start in Gulfstream's 4th and never got untracked--we haven't lost faith in him. At Santa Anita, Feel the Rush showed she wants the turf, but what she needs is to get relaxed, or softer company. On April Fool's Day there are a at least a dozen opportunities out there to use --here is a really good example: Oaklawn Park, , Maiden Special, 6 Furlongs In a very mixed bag of runners, Smoke Chamber had a tough trip first time out, but merits strong consideration here. He was definitely not at his best at an early sale last year (FTFFEB) where he clocked under Par BreezeFigs and was not sold, but came back four months later at EASMAY with an excellent move, sporting a solid two over Par fig at 1/4 mile and a 24.2 foot stride length. Firster El Cyclone had a very good four over Par fig at a weak sale, OBSJUN, and if he has the speed shown by most of his sire's first crop, will be tough. The Bell Tolls, another firster, has been working well and don't let that two under Par fool you--it was at a very good sale (FTFFEB) and he could be in the mix. All three are from crafty outfits and merit close consideration--watch the board.
