Shared Account, a 5-year-old mare trained by Graham Motion, is still scheduled to run in the Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Turf at Churchill Downs on Friday, even though she was erroneously listed as scratched from the race early in the afternoon by Equibase, which collects and distributes the racing industry's data.
The scratch was corrected at 1:47 p.m. Eastern, 20 minutes after it was first announced, according to Equibase's scratch sheet for Churchill. Post time for the Filly and Mare Turf, the ninth of 10 races on Churchill's Friday card, is scheduled for 6:50 p.m. Eastern.
Motion confirmed on Friday afternoon that Shared Account had not been scratched. He said that he had "no idea" why the scratch was listed. The scratch sheet maintained by Equibase is often referenced by account-wagering operations and other sites.
Representatives of Equibase did not immediately return phone calls.
Shared Account won last year's Filly and Mare Turf at 46-1. She is listed at 30-1 this year for the race.

Facing a shallow field of maiden-20 for fillies and mares, second-time starter MISS MADDIE BEE can be long gone at a short price. She dueled through a hot pace before tiring in her maiden-40 debut, but now shortens to five and one-half furlongs, drops to the bottom, and figures to clear the field. Adios. AWESOMEKAYLEE has a pair of good-looking gate works the past two weeks, and makes her career debut against a shallow group. Sired by Awesome Again, she is the first foal out of 9-for-38 mare Getcozywithkaylee. LOVE MY GIRL was well-backed in her comeback, but lost her rider.
