Two horses clocked the co-fastest times of the Texas Thoroughbred Association 2-year-olds in training sale’s under-tack show Sunday, each covering the distance in 10 2/5 seconds. The horses worked over the main track at Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, Texas. - Hip 94, Charlotte G, a Bind filly who is the first foal out of the unraced Summer Bird mare Promise Me G. Bred in Louisiana by Thomas Galvin, the filly is from the family of Grade 1 winner Try Something New and Grade 3 winner Promise Me Silver. Twin Oaks Training Center consigns Charlotte G, as agent. - Hip 95, Wakefield, a Munnings colt out of the stakes-placed Seneca Jones mare Proudtobeajones, who is the dam of four winners from eight foals to race. The dark bay or brown Wakefield is from the family of Grade 3 winner Coy Coyote, Grade 1-placed Prowess, and Grade 2-placed Literal Prowler and Desert Mirage. He was bred in Texas by Nathan Wallis, and is consigned at the sale by Twin Oaks Training Center, as agent.
