ELMONT, N.Y. - LL Cool J, Frank Sinatra Jr., and former New York Yankees centerfielder Bernie Williams headline the musical acts that will perform at the June 7 Belmont Stakes, the New York Racing Association announced on Friday.

Musicians from the United States Military Academy will also be at the track and there will be a performance from the Tony-Award winning Broadway musical “Wicked.”

LL Cool J, a two-time Grammy Award winning singer and a star on the CBS drama “NCIS: Los Angeles” will perform two songs between the running of the Manhattan and the Belmont Stakes.

As the horses go to post for the Belmont, Frank Sinatra Jr. will sing “New York, New York” a song made famous by his legendary father and one played at nearly every Belmont Stakes since 1997.

Bernie Williams, a four-time World Series champion with the Yankees before retiring in 2006, will entertain guests in the first-floor Champagne room, with acoustic and electric guitar music.

The Belmont Café, currently undergoing renovations, will be transformed into the Champagne room, featuring a gourmet buffet and open bar.

The U.S. Military Academy will start the day’s entertainment and will continue to perform patriotic numbers throughout the day.
