Belmont: Prado keeps it going

Edgar Prado, fresh off his first Kentucky Derby victory aboard Barbaro, returned to Belmont Park on Sunday and rode three winners, two for trainer Richard Dutrow Jr., including Oprah Winney in the $110,600 Bouwerie Stakes for 3-year-old New York-bred fillies.

Dutrow's trio of runners in the seven-furlong Bouwerie finished 1-2-4. Oprah Winney set the pace, built a commanding lead in midstretch, and had enough left to hold off her on-rushing stablemate Ice Cool Kitty by three-quarters of a length. Homerette finished third, and the Dutrow-trained How 'bout No finished fourth in the field of nine.

Oprah Winney ran the seven furlongs in 1:23.93. She paid $3.60.
