FRIDAY

TWO TRAILS (1st) took up behind BRIDGE TOO FAR at the start. He began to move up down the backstretch but had no room behind a stopping FLYIN ON BYE. He waited and eased past that one but checked inside the quarter pole before unleashing a strong kick to pull away in a $40,000 starter allowance at one mile on the turf. PHOTON TORPEDO got shuffled back on the second turn when he steadied into traffic and was forced to check at the 3/8ths pole. DAD'S CARA (2nd) was never threatened, breaking nicely and controlling the pace in a $6,250 claimer for fillies and mares at 5 1/2 furlongs. Co-favorite CALESITA lost all chance when she hesitated and lunged from the gate. She was pushed early and tired late after racing wide. PURPLENME (3rd) dominated a $12,500 claimer for 3-year-old fillies at six furlongs, opening early and winning as she pleased. SHESTOTHESTARS, back in the pack early, rallied three wide on the turn despite being bumped by TENSIA'S TREASURE, who took up off heels and came out. Shestothestars outfinished WHATZZUP BABY, who broke in and bumped with CANYOUTOPTHIS at the start. LOVE FEST (5th) was content to sit back a bit early, moved four wide and pulled away late despite drifting in and checking off LADY TARA, who steadied hard as she was put in tight in a $25,000 claimer for fillies and mares at six furlongs. P R'S PRINCESS took the lead into the stretch but drifted out and then back in as she may have tired. FLYING VICAR took up behind her zigzagging rivals in the lane. PRAGMATICO (7th) stalked nicely while three wide as he won his sixth race in eight starts this year, beating a solid field in a $32,000 claimer at six furlongs. Favored COLONEL COURTNEY broke a bit sluggishly and got in immediate trouble, checking off heels. He and DIGIT DANCER played bumper cars on the turn compromising both of their chances.

SATURDAY

GOLDSCHEIDER (1st) dueled with FLAMIN AL from the rail, put that one away heading into the stretch and maintained his margin in a $4,000 claimer at six furlongs. Runner-up ALLEY FIGHTER broke in a tangle, stalked three wide and was an easy second as the top two pulled away late. RIVER GETAWAY broke slowly and showed little. STREET CARNIVAL threw his head at the start, was a bit rank and showed little. MISS RAINIER (2nd) maintained good position down the backstretch, rallied three wide on the second turn and edged clear of pacesetting ALL CANDY in the lane in an $80,000 optional claimer at 7 1/2 furlongs on the turf. MUSICAL HIGH checked into the first turn and went evenly after that without mounting a serious threat. MODERATION was in a bit tight down the backstretch and had her rider lose her whip at the furlong pole. PRINCESS LIANNA (3rd) was the only true closer to win, rallying four wide into the lane and edging clear from CUT THE MUSTARD, who got first run. KISS KISS KISS had to take up in the lane behind tiring BUBBLES AGAIN in a $62,500 optional allowance race for fillies and mares at six furlongs. SPACE AGENT (4th) was challenged down the backstretch by SOCIAL SKYWALKER, who dropped out of things when he jumped shadows on the turn, and then by LIKE HIS STYLE in a $20,000 maiden claimer for 3-year-olds at six furlongs. He proved much best, pulling away late. HELM'S PRESS (6th) broke slowly from the rail and bumped with AMERICAN MEMORIES, who bobbled at the break, in a six-furlong allowance race. He moved two wide and just nipped pacesetting HOLLYWOOD HOOD in the final strides. ZONING IN (8th) dueled on the rail with YOUANDIATDELMAR in the five-furlong Malcolm Anderson Stakes for 2-year-olds, edging clear late. RUSH WITH THUNDER, bumped by GENUINE TALENT at the break, was no factor while racing a bit greenly. Favored Genuine Talent lugged out into the turn and had nothing. BOXELDER lugged out while showing no speed.

SUNDAY

JUBILEE (1st) quickly took charge, opened on the second turn and had enough left to hold off BEAUTIFUL DIXIE and IRISH LINEN, who circled five wide from last in a $40,000 starter allowance for fillies and mares at one mile on the turf. AFEELYATED rallied three wide on the second turn but was spent heading into the stretch. PALIKARI MOU (3rd) and ESTRELA BALDER ran one-two all the way in a $4,000 claimer at one mile. Palikari Mou came out and brushed with Estrela Balder into the lane but continued on to edge clear late. DANZONETTE and BAM THAT MARTINI both had to steady into the first turn when TEXAS TOBY K came over on them. TYCHONICS MISTRESS (4th), starting from the outside post, was fanned four wide on the first turn, put her head in front by the half-mile pole, opened on the second turn and held of against TRICKY HILL CAT, who just held off fast-finishing BEST TRIBUTE in an $8,000 claimer for fillies and mares at one mile on the turf. SECRET SCHEME (5th) made it 4-for-5 with a very impressive 16-length victory over older in a $62,500 optional claimer for fillies and mares at one mile. Stablemate ECLIPSE WINNER bobbled at the break but did get up for second. MADERA MOON (6th) held the rail as he dueled with RISEN RIVER early in a$32,000 maiden claimer at one mile on the turf. BANCHIERI, making his U.S. debut, was banged around by MONHEGAN and MUQSPIRIT at the bread. CENTAURI steadied sharply as his rider lost her irons into the first turn after bumping with FIRST SYMPHONY. WAY TO SHINE (7th) was the lone main-track winner not part of the pace with SOFT SEVENTEEN and GREAT ISSUE closing nicely in a $25,000 claimer for 3-year-olds at six furlongs in the day's only main-track race where speed was no factor.
