Tulsa Te won the second stakes race of his career Saturday at Arapahoe Park, when he drove to a half-length win over favorite Magical Twist in the $43,650 Colorado Thoroughbred Breeders Association Derby. It was another 6 1/4 lengths back in third to King of Swat. Tulsa Te ($6.40) was prominent throughout the 1 1/16-mile race for Colorado-breds, covering the distance on a track rated fast in 1:45.34. Russell Vicchrilli rode the winner for Willard Burbach and trainer Courtney Sarris. Last year at Arapahoe, Tulsa Te won a division of the Colorado Thoroughbred Breeders Association Futurity. Tulsa Te is a son of E Dubai.
