Aqueduct: Pick-six carryover reaches $113,242

OZONE PARK, N.Y. - The first two days of Aqueduct's main track meet have produced a bevy of longshots that have created a two-day pick-six carryover of $113,242 entering Friday's card.

On Wednesday, when Tenthirteen ($63.50) won the seventh race that ensured a carryover of $29,842 heading into Thursday's card. On Thursday, there were four double-digit winners in the pick-six sequence including Time to Grow Up ($57).

There was one live ticket heading into Thursday's finale, but Feelin' the Blues was never involved and finished eighth.

Friday's card is loaded with pratfalls including an opening leg of New York-bred claimers in for a tag of $15,000. This is believed to be the first time the NYRA has run a race exclusively for statebreds for a tag as low as this. Only two of the 10 horses entered in this heat were not beaten double-digit lengths in their last start.

The nightcap, a state-bred entry-level allowance race, offers the best chance for a single with Raceland.
