Grade 1 winner Al’s Gal will be entered in the Keeneland November breeding stock sale, offered in foal to Medaglia d’Oro. The 6-year-old English Channel mare will be consigned by James Keogh as agent.

Al’s Gal won eight of 27 career starts for earnings of $749,775. Her career highlights include wins in the Grade 1 E.P. Taylor Stakes, the Kentucky Downs Ladies Marathon, and Keertana Stakes.

“Al’s Gal, a Grade 1 winner of the prestigious E.P. Taylor, finished on the podium over 70 percent of the time in 27 lifetime starts,” Tom Ryan of SF Bloodstock said. “She is good-looking, sound, and honest. She is in foal to Medaglia d’Oro, who has sired five Grade 1 winners so far this year. His Keeneland Book 1 average is over $600,000.”

Bred in Pennsylvania by Malone Racing, Al’s Gal is out of the winning Winning mare Dans La Ville, whose nine winners from 10 runners also include Grade 3-placed stakes winner Ann of the Dance and Brazilian Group 2-placed May Be Now.

Al’s Gal sold to the partnership of SF Bloodstock and New Gate Farm for $800,000 at last year’s Fasig-Tipton Kentucky fall selected mixed sale.

The Keeneland November sale begins Tuesday, Nov. 7.
