Adena Springs will move its stallion Olmodavor from Ontario to California for the 2011 breeding season, the farm announced Monday.

An 11-year-old A. P. Indy horse, Olmodavor stood in Canada for about $5,000 and will stand for $5,000 at Magali Farms in Santa Ynez, Calif.

Olmodavor is a two-time Grade 3 winner who placed in Grade 1 company. He is the sire of 2010 stakes-winner Brickyardtradition, as well as Canadian stakes-winner High Mist and California track record-setter Miss Dixie Dancer, among other stakes-performers. From 151 racing-age foals he has progeny earnings of more than $2.3 million.

Olmodavor is out of Grade 1 winner Corrazona, by El Gran Senor, and is a three-quarter-brother to stakes-winner Slow Down and a half-brother to stakes-placed Seeking the Heart.
