Champion Action This Day has been sold to stand at Haras Los Azahares in Peru.

The 12-year-old Kris S. horse began his stud career at Castleton Lyons in Lexington, Ky. in 2005, moving to nearby Spendthrift Farm in 2008. He stood at Dana Point Farm in Pennsylvania in 2010, then relocated to Indiana Stallion Station in 2011 and stood there for a $1,000 fee in 2012.

Action This Day earned the Eclipse Award as champion 2-year-old colt of 2003 when he won two of three starts, including the Breeders' Cup Juvenile. Overall, he earned $822,484 in three seasons of racing.

From his first five crops of racing age, Action This Day has produced 124 winners for total earnings of $5,260,883. His top runners include Cracovia, champion imported older mare in Peru in 2011.

Action This Day is out of the winning Trempolino mare Najecam, a multiple graded stakes-placed competitor.
