Santa Anita, Gulfstream Park to have two-track pick six on Sunshine Millions

ARCADIA, Calif. - Gulfstream Park and Santa Anita are co-hosting a $1 joint pick six on the Sunshine Millions programs on Jan. 28, featuring three stakes from each track.

The Luck pick six will start with Gulfstream Park’s eighth race, at approximately 4:10 p.m., Eastern, and conclude with Santa Anita’s sixth race, at approximately 5:37 p.m, Eastern. The bet will have a mandatory payout, with no consolation. The bet is being offered on the same weekend as the launch of the horse racing television show “Luck”, which will have its premiere on HBO on Jan. 29. “Luck” is largely filmed at Santa Anita.

The Luck pick six will alternate races from each track. Entries for the Luck pick six will be taken on Sunday.

Because of the presence of the Luck pick six, there will not be a pick six strictly on Santa Anita’s races on Jan. 28. In the event that there are no winning favorites in the pick six at Santa Anita on Friday, Jan. 27, the carryover will be put toward the pool for Sunday, Jan. 29.
