I want IHA to win the Crown, because we're long overdue for a Crown winner and the good will that comes to the sport with a winner. But I'm not prepared yet to just hand it over. It won't be a deep field, it just might be a big one. But there are some contenders here. Dullahan can't be rules out, he might not like traditional dirt but he still has a closing kick that should be respected. Alpha and Union Rags are coming off troubled performances with varying excuses (whether one believes them is a different story), but they didn't get where they are by chance. And if you have to fear a newcomer, you could do worse than to fear Street Life, who had a strong late run in the Peter Pan. IHA is the clear favorite, but it won't be easy at all.

I love Bodemeiser and wish he would run again. But I like I'll Have Another. I do also believe we are about to have a triple crown winner. I think he will have a some lengths of distance between him and the second place winner. Nothing like Secretariat by no means but there will be a gap.

very weak competition for I'll Have Another in Belmont; he should win triple crown easily. Unless union rags or dullahan can run a 109 beyer, we have a triple crown winner.
