Santa Anita: A rainy Sunday

Sunday's nine-race program will be run on a rainy day, without turf racing. The two races scheduled for the grass have been transferred to the main track, including the $150,000 San Luis Rey Stakes.

Here are the scratches:

In the fourth race, the San Luis Rey, Buenos Dias and Restless Soul are withdrawn. In the fifth race, an allowance race over 6 1-2 furlongs, Feisty Suances is out.

In the sixth race, Energia Solar and Warren's My Queen are scratched from a maiden claimer over seven furlongs. In the seventh race, which will be run over a mile on the main track, State Gathering, Carnivore, and Willyconker.

In the eighth race, the $100,000 SAnta Paula Stakes for 3-year-old fillies over 6 1-2 furlongs, Dawnie Macho and Top Debutante are scratched. In the last race, El Gran Matador is out of a maiden claimer over seven furlongs.
