Email

Saturday's pick six began with a carryover of $63,809. Bettors added $520,044 to the pool on Saturday.

Siberian Heart ($13.40) and Whoopsie ($4.60) won the first two legs.

Siberian Heart made her ninth start of the meeting in Saturday's fifth race, a $32,000 claimer for 4-year-old fillies on the hillside turf course. She finished a head in front of Marrymeonemoretime, who was a nose in front of Frequent Fame in the field of nine. Trained by Gary Stute, Siberian Heart ran about 6 1-2 furlongs on turf in 1:14.25, ending a four-race losing streak.

Siberian Heart made one start at this meeting in December, two in January, February and March and had finished fourth on April 3.

In the sixth race, Whoopsie rallied three-wide and pulled clear in the final furlong to win a maiden claimer over 5 1-2 furlongs by 1 1-4 lengths over the 19-1 outsider Luckyvic. Whoopsie was ridden by Luis Medina, his first winner since November. Medina rode Whoopsie for trainer Bob Baffert, and was his second win on Sunday.

Medina has been working horses for Baffert frequently in recent months.
