Polytrack at Turfway favoring outside paths

It is fair to say that the best part of the track at Turfway Saturday is the outside.

Silver Time and Proud Heiress ran one-two in the Queen by staying five or more paths off the inside, and then Cool Bullet similarly dominated the Hansel with a wide trip.
Most of the jockeys have picked up on this trend and are keeping their horses well out in the middle of the track, even to some extent around the turns, though it means losing ground.
In upcoming races this would appear to benefit Age of Humor in the Bourbonette, and Dean's Kitten in the big race, the Lane's End.
Connemara, the morning line favorite for the Lane's End is drawn on the rail....uh oh....though his late- running style, jockey Russell Baze may be able to get him off the inside and try to circle the field wide.
