Oaklawn: Apple Blossom Day


Trainer Larry Jones said Friday morning that he's happy with Havre de Grace, who is set to start as the probable favorite later this afternoon in the Grade 1, $500,000 Apple Blossom Handicap. The race is one of two stakes on the card, with the $75,000 Bachelor for 3-year-olds at six furlongs led by City Cool.

It is a sunny, windy afternoon in the 60s here in Hot Springs, and the infield is open. The track is listed as fast. Below are known scratches:
