Oak Tree: Form holds on Friday


The first five races on Friday's program were relatively formful, with the first three races of the pick six returning a $1 pick three worth $105.60.

The pick six was a small $109,288 on Friday. The first leg was won by Meshuguna ($15.20), who rallied five-wide on the turn to win a maiden claimer over 6 1-2 furlongs. He is the longest price of the early pick six races.

The fourth and fifth races were won by favorites. Movie Duty ($5.20) won a $25,000 claimer over six furlongs in the fourth race. In the fifth race, El Scorpio, a slight choice in the betting, led throughout a six-furlong turf race for $40,000 claimers by a half-length over Pack Your Bags. El Scorpio ($6.60) was a slight favorite.
