Oak Tree: Favorite opens pick 6

It's Not Unusual, the 3-5 favorite, had little trouble winning the third race at Hollywood Park on Friday evening, the opening leg of a pick six that drew a pool of $380,289. The program began with a relatively small pick six carryover of $53,434.

It's Not Unusual, ridden by Joel Rosario for trainer Dan Hendricks, returned $3.60. Rosario had the 3-year-old gelding in fourth on the backstretch and into the second turn of the starter allowance over 1 1-16 miles. Turning for home, It's Not Unusual raced four-wide and cruised past pacesetter Warren's Gridlock. No Stadium and Uncle Greg, who were second and third for much of the race, held those positions at the finish.

Hendricks has had an excellent meeting, winning with six of 13 starters.
