Oak Tree: Claims in 4th, 5th


There were claims in Sunday's fourth and fifth races, but the winner was not taken in either race.

In the fourth race, Working Capital was claimed for $12,500 on behalf of Double JH Stables. Working Capital finished third for trainer Doug O'Neill, the colt's first start since finishing last in the Red Legend Stakes at Charles Town in June. He was second in the $200,000 Snow Chief Stakes at Hollywood Park for statebred 3-year-olds in April.

For Mandella and Double JH Stables, this was a reacquisition. Double JH bred Working Capital and campaigned the colt until March when he was claimed away from Mandella for $40,000.

In the fifth race, runner-up Unionize and third-place finsiher LIt'sgoodlookngray were claimed from a six-furlong sprint for $14,000 to $16,000 claimers. Unionize, beaten a nose by Exclamation ($19.80), was claimed in a three-way shake for $16,000 by Bob Hess, Sr. Lit'sgoodlookngray was claimed for $16,000 by Mark Glatt.
