The promising horses keep rolling off the conveyer belt at Todd Pletcher's stable.  At the recently concluded Saratoga boutique meeting, Pletcher-trained juveniles compiled a record of 23-67 (34% winners, 58% ITM).  Horseplayers that blindly bet on every single one of the barn's babies were rewarded to the tune of a $2.42 ROI. A couple of quick comments from last week's racing action. *Boy, does DULLAHAN love polytrack.  All three of his career victories have come on the surface (all Grade 1 races, by the way) and it will be interesting to see if the connections point for the Breeders' Cup Classic on dirt at Santa Anita.  The long-term plan is probably the Dubai World Cup, but that race would be contested on Tapeta and not polytrack.

"Look," a racing fan pointed to her arm.  "He just gave me goosebumps."  Trust me, she wasn't the only one thrilled by the phenomenal FRANKEL, who extended his undefeated record to thirteen with a scintillating victory in the Group 1 Juddmonte International Stakes at York Racecourse in England.  Frankel, sent off the prohibitive 1-10 favorite, was attempting to stretch his vaunted ability past one mile for the first time in his remarkable career. He handled the extra distance with aplomb, to say the least.
