Lone Star: Perfect Tap out; in Sunday

Perfect Tap, who was to start as one of the top contenders in Saturday's featured ninth race, has been scratched. She is entered for a Sunday allowance at Lone Star Park in which she will also be well-regarded. Perfect Tap has won her last two starts, and for either spot would have been moving back to two turns, where she is a winner.

The defection of Perfect Tap on Saturday makes Kissa Sunflower an even stronger favorite in the entry-level allowance for fillies and mares. The seven and a half furlong race will be run over yielding turf. Cliff Berry has the mount on Kissa Sunflower for the meet's leading trainer, Bret Calhoun.

In other scratches, the fifth race will lose No. 4, Sophisticated Gal.
