Lone Star: Berry back in town


Jockey Cliff Berry, who was at Charles Town last night to guide Loranger Native to a second-place finish in the $400,000 Red Legend Stakes, is now back in town and is to ride the remainder of the card at Lone Star Park. His next mount is in the fourth race, aboard No. 4, Heza Hit.

Earlier on the card, Jose Medina was a late jockey change in the second aboard Inhopewearesaved, who Berry was originally named to ride. In the only other changes on the card at this time, scratch No. 4, Show Easter Deb, out of race 9 at Lone Star. 

Berry is the all-time leading rider at Lone Star.
