Hollywood: Near record superfecta

The surprise win by Siempre Esperanza ($76) in Saturday's fourth race led to the second-highest superfecta payoff in Hollywood history, $14,448 for 10 cents.

There were seven 10-cent units sold in a pool of $132,720, according to track officials. The $1 payoff was listed as $144,481, but there were no tickets sold for $1.

Siempre Esperanza was followed by 27-1 Rags for Ben, 6-1 Our Lady Gaga and 115-1 Girls Lacrosse. The winning combination was 14-8-3-12.
