GULFSTREAM: Rail still not the place to be on the main track

Looks like another outside closer/stalker bias on the main track. Street Appeal rallied from far back out in the middle of the course to easily run down pace dueling Lady Yankee who'd dropped to the inside after clearing off from pace setter Aspasia in the 7th.  Winner paid 6-1 under apprentice Bernardo Monticelli.

The eighth race a tough one with some interesting maidens going a mile on the grass. The ninth is even better bringing together the extremely promising and well bred Streaker and Acting Happy whose lone loss came at the hands of Christine Daae. Todd Pletcher also well represented by the speedy Golden Galleon who looks like the one to catch although perhaps at a bit of a disadvantage considering the prevailing track bias.
