Scratches changed the complexion of a couple of races, most notably the 9th, which lost four horses (#5 Eltheeb, #7 Gaither Draw, #9 All in No Outs and #10 Medal Round), but the most important scratch on the card may be that of Hung Jury (#5) in the 7th. Several people coming in today were talking about the prospects of rain but that's a regular possibility here in the summer. In fact, there were a couple of short blasts of intense rain yesterday but both times the sun came out and it was a great day otherwise.
