Del Mar: Warren's Knockout does that to many pick 6 tickets

Warren's Knockout, a 15-1 outsider, rallied along the inside to win an optional claimer over six furlongs in Sunday's sixth race. He paid $32.60 as the eighth choice in a field of 10, a longshot winner that beat many pick six tickets.

Ridden by Victor Espinoza, Warren's Knockout finished a head in front of Valkyrie Missile, who was a head in front of Sahara Sky, the 2-1 favorite.

The $1 pick three ending with Warren's Knockout, and covering the first half of the pick six, paid $386. Warren's Knockout was the first leg of a 50-cent pick four that drew a whopping pool of $740,926.

There were two claims, each for $40,000. Position A, who finished fifth, was claimed in a two-way shake by Dan Morgan. Sterling Outlook, who finished sixth, was claimed in a four-way shake by John Sadler.
