Del Mar: Tricky start to pick 6

The payoffs are not that high, but the first two races of Friday's pick six have produced tricky results to put into a sequence for most bettors.

In the second race, the first leg, Quietly Mine ($10.60) rallied from off the pace to beat 3-5 favorite Quick Enough by a half-length.

In the third race, a maiden race for statebreds over 5 1-2 furlongs, Mint Humor ($9.80) led throughout, finishing a half-length in front of Madeoftherigthstuf. Field Report, the 3-5 favorite, could only finish third, with a three-wide rally. Field Report had every chance to pass the winner in the final half-mile but failed to do so.

With both favorites beaten in the first two legs, many tickets are already out of the sequence.
