Del Mar: Friday scratches

A twilight program that features a pick six carryover of $117,330 will have a smaller field than expected in the fifth race, the third leg of the pick six.

The fifth race is run over five furlongs on turf and will have seven starters following the scratches of Unico Lider, Unionize, Sea of Pleasure, Majestic Diamond and Easy On The Eye. Get Funky draws into the field from the also-eligible list and will be ridden by Joel Rosario.

There are scratches in the sixth and seventh races. In the sixth race, Hostile Water is scratched from a maiden claimer. In the seventh race, La Nez is out of the Sandy Blue Handicap over a mile on turf for 3-year-old fillies.

First post is 3:30 p.m., Pacific.
