Del Mar: Bejarano scores natural pick 3

Jockey Rafael Bejarano is sweeping the pick six.

He won with his third consecutive ride in Friday's fifth race aboard Ten's Salty Sally, who emerged between horses in the stretch to win a $10,000 claimer over a mile for fillies and mares. Ten's Salty Sally ($11) was timed in a slow 1:41.36, finishing 1 1-2 lengths in front of Wood Art, the 9-5 favorite. Wood Art was vanned off after the race.

Ten's Salty Sally was fourth or fifth on the backstretch, following a pokey pace of 25.69 and 52.26 seconds.

One horse that did not have a good trip was Look to the Sky, who finished fourth. She was rank under jockey Alex Gonzalez on the backstretch, while racing on the inside, but closed well through the stretch.

Look to the Sky was claimed in a five-way shake by Jack Carava. Wood Art was claimed in a three-way shake by Peter Miller, who trained Look to the Sky for Friday's race.
