CD: pick 6 will go after odds-on winner in 9th

The pick 6 is almost sure to fall today after the Baffert-trained Kimmyv ($3.80), surely a single for many players, easily won race 9, the penultimate leg of the bet. Starting with race 5, odds on the winners were 9-1, 4-1, 9-5, 3-1, and 4-5. The $2 pick 6 will-pays for the 10th and last race, for which there are 12 runners, range from lows of $12,000 on Groundwork (#1) and $12,800 on Necaise (#10) to six-figure highs on several longshots. The only possible carryover is on the hopeless longshot, Sadlers Boot (#2).

There are 15 MTP for the 10th, and Ghost Chapel (#7) is the 7-2 fave in a wide-open finale.

There is a $147,000 carryover into the super high 5 on this 10th and last race.
