Arlington: Poly apparently fair

Email

Getting back to the possibility of the main track carrying speed: It appears not to be. Only guessing because of weather conditions that speed might be holding on Poly, and it did in the first two main-track races of the day, with race 2 in particular unfolding in a shape that would suggest possible bias. But in the third synthetic race of the day, race 6. it was deep-closing bomber I've Heard Rumors over deep-closing bomber Phaleonopsis, with front-running Lighthouse Dancer giving way timidly, and first-run presser Timely Command run over by the top two. That 32-1 over 36-1 exacta was good for $1,465.40.
