Arlington: More inside bias

Getting kinda crazy with this inside Polytrack thing. One dark day, Thursday, and the main track appears to be playing just as it did on Wednesday, albeit several lengths faster. Khukhuri was 1-1,000 to win the opener, so we'll keep his wire-to-wire $10K claiming victory in perspective. Conecuh was fairly logical in race 2, an N2L claiming sprint that somehow scratched down to four horses, so his front-end victory wasn't exactly bias fodder. But Wild Command was 14-1 in five-horse race 3, an Illinois one-turn-mile MSW, and deserved to be every bit that long a price given the little he'd shown in three previous starts, and after making the lead, he held off two far shorter-priced horses to win. Favored Ennis got smashed at the start of race 4, giving him a legit excuse, and here it was 6-1 Stormin Wildcat nosing out 14-1 Roaring Missile. Both horses raced along the rail, the only surprise being Stormin Wildcat's move to come off the fence for an outside mid-stretch rally. Maybe I'm just looking at a mirage, but these eyes are still seeing something out of whack on AP Poly.
