DAILY RACING FORM ACQUIRES PUBLISHING ASSETS OF SPORTS EYE, INC. DRF to Continue to Publish Complete Line of Sports Eye Horse Racing, Harness Racing and Sports Publications New York, NY (November 16, 2005) -- Daily Racing Form announced today that it has acquired the publishing assets of Port Washington, NY-based Sports Eye, Inc., a 41-year-old company that produces a variety of thoroughbred racing, harness racing and sports publications. Founded in 1964, Sports Eye publishes the Daily Racing Program, several New York OTB publications, the Daily Harness Racing Program, Harness Eye newspaper, College and Pro Football Weekly, Sports Form and The Platinum Sheets weekly, a college and professional basketball publication. Daily Racing Form, the 111-year-old national daily newspaper for Thoroughbred horseplayers, will continue to publish these Sports Eye titles.
